We collect information you provide directly: school name, administrator details, staff information, student records, and communication data. We also collect usage data such as login times, feature usage patterns, and device information to improve our service.
Your data is used to provide and maintain the EduManager360 platform, process transactions, send notifications, provide customer support, and improve our services. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.
Each school's data is stored in an isolated database schema ensuring complete data separation. We use AES-256 encryption at rest, TLS 1.3 in transit, and maintain automated daily backups. Our infrastructure is hosted on enterprise-grade cloud servers in India.
We retain your data for as long as your subscription is active. Upon cancellation, data is retained for 90 days to allow reactivation, after which it is permanently deleted. You may request immediate deletion by contacting our support team.
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. You can export your school data at any time from the platform. For data deletion requests, contact our privacy team at privacy@EduManager360.com.
We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use third-party tracking cookies or sell data to advertisers. Analytics are used solely to improve platform performance.
Student data is managed by authorized school administrators and staff. We do not directly collect information from children. Schools are responsible for obtaining necessary consents from parents/guardians.
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new policy on this page and sending an email notification to school administrators.
